Terms of sale

This English version is provided for your convenience. In the event of any discrepancy, the French version prevails.
1. Purpose
These general terms and conditions of sale govern all sales concluded on the website sensoraparis.com between Sensora Paris (“we”, “the seller”) and any natural person acting as a consumer (“you”, “the customer”). Placing an order implies your full and unreserved acceptance of these terms, which are brought to your attention before payment is confirmed.

3. Products
Our products are presented as accurately as possible. Photographs and colours are given for illustration and may vary slightly from one screen to another; they are not binding on the seller. The essential characteristics of each product are set out on its product page.
Our products are items worn in intimate contact with the skin. They are not suitable for broken, irritated or recently operated-on skin. If in doubt, seek the advice of a healthcare professional. Our products are not medical devices and make no claim to any therapeutic effect.
4. Prices
Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included: the VAT applicable in the country of delivery is included in the displayed price and collected at the time of payment. Applicable delivery costs are shown before the order is finally confirmed; tracked delivery is free on orders of €35 or more within France, the European Union and Switzerland, and from €45 to the United Kingdom, the United States and Canada. For deliveries outside the European Union, any customs duties and import taxes are not included in the price and are payable by the recipient. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time; products are invoiced on the basis of the prices in force when the order is confirmed.
5. Orders
The sale is deemed concluded when payment is confirmed. A confirmation email summarising your order is sent to you. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for a legitimate reason, in particular in the event of a previous dispute, an abnormal order or suspected fraud.
6. Payment
Payment is made online, at the time of ordering, using the methods offered at checkout. Transactions are secured and processed by our payment providers; we never have access to your full bank details.
7. Delivery
Products are delivered to the address given when ordering, in France, the other countries of the European Union, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, the United States and Canada. The maximum delivery time depends on the destination country: 12 business days for France, Belgium, Germany, Spain, Portugal, Austria, Poland and the United Kingdom; 14 business days for Italy, the Netherlands, Switzerland and the United States; 17 business days for other European Union countries and Canada. These times run from order confirmation, preparation included, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders are shipped from our logistics partner’s warehouses, in Europe (Germany) or in Asia depending on the availability of each piece. Full details are set out in our shipping policy.
In accordance with Article L216-6 of the French Consumer Code, if the stated timeframe is exceeded, you may instruct us to deliver within a reasonable additional period and then, failing that, terminate the contract and obtain a full refund of the sums paid within fourteen days of termination.
8. Right of withdrawal
You have fourteen days from receipt to withdraw, without giving a reason and without penalty. A dedicated “Right of Withdrawal” page is accessible from the footer throughout this period. The model withdrawal form and full details are set out in our refund policy.
In accordance with Article L221-28 5° of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods unsealed after delivery which cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection. Our nipple covers and lift covers can therefore only be taken back if their seal has not been broken.
When the return conditions are met, we provide a return label free of charge: returning costs you nothing. Returns are sent to our logistics partner’s warehouse.
9. Legal guarantees
The consumer has a period of two years from delivery of the goods to obtain the application of the legal guarantee of conformity in the event of a lack of conformity. During this period, the consumer is only required to establish the existence of the lack of conformity, not the date on which it appeared.
The legal guarantee of conformity entails the obligation to provide all accessories and installation instructions for goods that conform to legal requirements. It entitles the consumer to repair or replacement of the goods within thirty days of the request, free of charge and without major inconvenience.
If repair and replacement of the goods are impossible, the consumer may obtain a price reduction while keeping the goods, or terminate the contract and be refunded in full upon return of the goods. The consumer may also obtain termination of the contract where the defect is so serious that it justifies an immediate price reduction or termination; the consumer is then not required to first request repair or replacement of the goods.
The consumer is not entitled to terminate the sale if the lack of conformity is minor.
The goods are also covered by the legal guarantee against hidden defects under Articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code, for a period of two years from discovery of the defect, without exceeding twenty years from delivery. This guarantee entitles the consumer to a price reduction if the goods are kept, or to a full refund upon return of the goods.
To invoke either of these guarantees, write to us at contact@sensoraparis.com.
10. Liability
We cannot be held liable for use that does not comply with the instructions on the packaging or product page, nor for any individual reaction linked to a particular skin sensitivity. We recommend testing on a small area of skin before first use.
11. Personal data
The data you entrust to us is processed to fulfil your order, manage our customer relationship and, if you have consented, send you our communications. You have the right to access, rectify, erase, object and to data portability, which you can exercise at contact@sensoraparis.com. Details are set out in our privacy policy.
12. Intellectual property
All elements of the website — brand, texts, visuals, layout — are protected and remain our exclusive property. Any reproduction, even partial, is prohibited without prior written authorisation.
13. Complaints
For any complaint, please write to us first at contact@sensoraparis.com: we undertake to reply within 48 business hours and to seek an amicable solution.
The European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform closed permanently on 20 July 2025 and can no longer be used.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the French courts have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the protective rules you enjoy as a consumer residing in another Member State of the European Union.
