A backless dress, a strapless top, straps so fine that no bra can hide beneath them. That is where you look for a lift effect without a bra: to cover, to lift a little, and to show nothing.
What is a lift nipple cover?
A classic nipple cover covers. A lift nipple cover covers and lifts. It is a silicone cup extended by a tab: you place the cup, pull the tab upwards and stick it down. The support comes from that tension, not from an underwire. Nothing across the back, nothing on the shoulders.
For which outfits?
- The backless dress, open down to the waist.
- The strapless dress or top.
- The spaghetti-strap top, where the slightest bra strap shows.
For a flowing dress or a white T-shirt, where you only need to cover, Le Nu is enough.
The steps, in four moves
- On clean, dry skin, with no cream or oil: grease is the one thing that stops it holding.
- Peel off the protective film and place the bottom of the cup first.
- Lift the breast with one hand and pull the tab upwards.
- Stick the tab down and press flat with your palm, from the centre outwards.
To remove, peel slowly from the edge, without jerking.
10 or 12 cm?
The cup should cover the whole areola, edges included. When in doubt, take the larger one: under a fine fabric, it is the edge you notice, never the size.
Which shade?

How long does it hold?
